Mobile giant buys stake in Blue Ocean

JAPAN?S biggest mobile communication company, NTT Docomo, has taken a 11.5% stake in Blue Ocean Wireless, the Irish company created to provide the first marine GSM network. The $10m investment values Blue Ocean in excess of $87m.
